Make time for character meet and greets. These are some of the most memorable experiences at Disney World. You can reserve them as a FastPass+ pick too, which means less waiting and more time for fun!

Visiting Disney Theme Parks is a dream come true. My new favorite attraction is Flight of Passage at Pandora: The World of Avatar at Animal Kingdom. Be sure to get a FastPass+, though, as everyone else loves it too. It is a magical and an out of this world experience. And night time gets even better with amazing light shows and effects!

A truly enchanting experience for both adults and kids! I'd recommend the Park Hopper Plus Option which allows you to visit each park with additional options to visit the water parks. The perfect way to multiply the magic!

Booking with Reserve Orlando was easy and they're a reliable source for purchasing tickets. For those who want to do New Year's Eve at the parks, think it twice, the parks reach their full capacities and there's the double wait time than usual. I am very please with Reserve Orlando.

"Expensive Yet Fun,Tiring & Satisfying Trip To Disney World"
January, 2019 NEW
Booking with reserve ORALNDO was easy with some benefits like tickets discounts, pool at the hotel at Clarion Inn was awesome to relax though some needed amenities like breakfast, microwave, etc. were not available. The Disney park parking fee should be have been included which was an additional expense which could have been covered. During the winter break and holiday season, the disney is OVER CROWDED. We had to wait for hours in many of the rides because of which we could not complete all the rides on any given day in any/all the parks but we had to pay for the entire park for the entire day for all the rides which sometimes I feel that we are/will not be using the entire money that we paid to the fullest. Overall, it was long walks, waiting in lines and tiring YET HAPPY AND EXCITED to do the rides was fun, satisfying and to see family and kids HAPPY IS VERY SATISFYING & REWARDING!!!

"AMAZING VACATION "

Spent 10 amazing days at the Walt Disney World Resort for my families first visit. The vacation was a huge success! Now this did not just happen. We started planning 6 months prior to leaving. Our diligent work equaled a great time. We stayed at 3 different hotels due to family days off work. Each hotel was unique but fantastically Disney. The magic band system worked better than I could imagine. Talk about not wasting time in reception or check out lines. My Disney Experience eliminated this by providing room number and entry via my phone. At checkout I received an email. Transportation from airport, to parks and to Disney Springs was incredibly efficient. The parks were packed with entertainment around every corner. Shows, rides, music, parades, fireworks, exhibits, characters and more. The food choices were spot on thanks to my daughters time spent on Disney food blogs. And the shopping, almost needed another suitcase. I guess if you look at negatives they would be: the cost however I really feel it was worth every penny: The crowds, about 5 days seemed super crowded however by using Disney World App we used our time wisely. Also the first day at Animal Kingdom cast member Noreen showed us how the fast pass system worked which helped us immensely. Maybe there were a few grumpy staff which can we all agree we’ve all had a bad day at work some time. I thoroughly enjoyed the visiting staff from the UK, France and Germany. They were all so happy with their opportunity to work at WDW. Literally I am taking notes on what we will be doing on our return to WDW. There is just so much to see and do that it warrants many return visits.

"Huge Disappointment"

Had heard so much about the cleanliness and customer service of the park. And I expected crowds and long lines. But 3 of the five rides we planned on were out of service and the place was dirty, the restrooms had no toilet paper and were filthy. I do have to applaud the planning for crowd control and cast members were friendly. The program and fireworks at 7:30 and 8:00 were tremendous making up for a very disappointing day. Our little one had a great time and loved the parade but as adults we expected better quality. With 52 million visitors a year coming from all over the world, you need better quality control.

This is the magic kingdom, so lets face it, there is a lot of magic. It is a wonderful way to spend a day, a week, even a month. Unusually, it has been three years since our last visit and I was really surprised by the changes that I saw. In all my previous visits I really can only think of one encounter with a cast member that was rude or sarcastic. I was therefore taken a back by the new attitude that many of the younger members of staff were now prepared to give to the guests. Mistakes were made with our tickets and fast passes, something that has never happened before. The staff at Guests Relations were wonderful and fixed it for us but they MagicBands had to be reset. This had an effect on the Sororers of the Magic Kingdom game, something we didn't realise until we arrive at the fire station. The man serving simply said you have no game set up, we said we did, he said we didn't and we went round in circles. Eventually he turned to our 6 year old and asked her "have you really been playing this game?" to which she answered yes. Clearly hoping to have catch us out in a lie he simply turned to us and said you haven't got a game. And called the next person in the line. Gone are the days when you were met with "we seem to have a small issue here, but don't worry, let me see what I can do here". Don't get me wrong, this is a minor niggle, but it is a niggle that never used to exist. It is also a niggle that is happening 4 or 5 times a day while you try to navigate the park. It is a shame. I am going to have to lower my expectations of Disney's customers service and I never thought that was something I would have to do. The other unwelcome change is the new Early Morning Magic arrangements. Once you have cleared security and tickets one must join another queue to be checked again before you are able to go on any rides. The queues on busy days are so long (any only two cast member doing the checks) that it is was often 8.30 before we had passed this point. It has a huge impact the value of the Early Morning Magic Hour. The park is still one of our favourite places in the world. The rides are exciting and a good mix to suit all ages ranges. We enjoy ourselves when we visit, just not as much as we used to.

Frequently Asked Questions about Disney World® Theme Parks

What is Disney FastPass+ service and how does it work?
Disney FastPass+ service allows you to reserve access to select Walt Disney World Resort theme park attractions, entertainment and character greeting in advance. There is no additional cost to use the FastPass+ service and it is included with your theme park admission.

How does My Disney Experience work after I purchase my tickets?
You will be provided a My Disney Experience linking code immediately upon reservation. It will be listed on your E-Tickets.

Once you have your linking code and it is 30 days prior to your trip, visit the website at StartYourDisneyExperience.com or use the My Disney Experience mobile app to create an account and link your park admission to unlock the benefits of FastPass+ planning.

If you are a Walt Disney World Resort guest, you can take advantage of receiving your FastPass+ linking code within 60 days prior to your arrival. Again, the 60-day feature is only available for guests staying on a Disney Resort property.

How many FastPass+ selections can I make for each day of my ticket?
You can make up to 3 FastPass+ selections for a single park per day (depending on availability). At the park, once you redeem your initial set of FastPass+ selections, you can make another FastPass+ selection for the same day at an in-park kiosk or using your mobile device, up to park closing. If your ticket includes a Park Hopper Option, after you use your initial FastPass+ selections at the first park, you'll be able to make additional FastPass+ selections (one at a time) at the second park you visit that day, up to park closing. Just visit a kiosk or using your mobile device to make additional selections.

Is the FastPass+ service like a restaurant reservation? Do I have to show up at a specific time for an attraction?
No, it's better! You are assigned an arrival window - usually one hour long - for each attraction you select. Show up any time that you wish during this window. When you are ready to visit the attraction within your window, go to the FastPass+ entrance and touch your MagicBand or card to the touch point.

What is a MagicBand?
Your MagicBand allows you to enter the parks, unlock your Walt Disney World Resort hotel room and buy food and merchandise. Plus, your MagicBand gives you FastPass+ access to all the experiences you've selected online. The MagicBand is not required but is a magical way to experience your visit.

How can I get a MagicBand?
MagicBands are available to guests staying at Walt Disney World Resort hotels at no additional cost. If you are not staying onsite, you can purchase a MagicBand online at the DisneyStore.com or select Walt Disney World retail locations. MagicBands start at $14.99 plus tax at Walt Disney World Resort theme parks and Disney Springs area. However, you will receive a MagicBand at no extra cost if you stay at any of the Walt Disney World Resort hotels and can be arranged on your StartYourDisneyExperience account.

How do I use the MagicBand or card when I have a FastPass+ arrival time at an attraction or entertainment experience?
When you arrive during your scheduled FastPass+ arrival time, all you need to do is proceed to the FastPass+ queue entrance and touch your MagicBand or card to a sensor called a touch point. Please remember that each member of your party will have to individually touch their MagicBand or card to the touch point for entrance.

Are special ticketed events included with my admission ticket?
No, special event tickets such as Mickey's Very Merry Christmas, Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party, and any other special ticket that permits admission for only part of the day is not included. A special event ticket can only be purchased through Walt Disney World Resort directly.

Can a Disney Dining Plan be added on to my Walt Disney World Resort reservation?
No. A Disney Dining Plan cannot be added to your reservation when purchased through our website. If you wish to purchase a Disney Dining Plan, that must be done through Walt Disney World Resort directly at least 72 hours prior to your scheduled arrival date. Disney Dining Plans cannot be adjusted or added to your Disney Resort reservation upon arrival to the property.

What is included with the Disney Park Hopper Plus option?
The Disney Park Hopper Plus option provides admission to one or more of the four Walt Disney World Resort theme parks for each day of your ticket (Magic Kingdom, Animal Kingdom, Epcot and Hollywood Studios), plus additional admissions to these other attractions: Disney's Typhoon Lagoon Water Park, Disney's Blizzard Beach Water Park, Disney's ESPN Wide World of Sports complex, one round at Disney's Oak Trail Golf Course - greens fee only, one round of miniature golf at Disney's Fantasia Gardens Miniature golf course or one round of miniature golf at Disney's Winter Summerland Golf Course.

The additional admissions you receive are as follows:

  • 1 Day Park Hopper Plus = 1 Extra Admissions
  • 2 Day Park Hopper Plus = 2 Extra Admissions
  • 3 Day Park Hopper Plus = 3 Extra Admissions
  • 4 Day Park Hopper Plus = 4 Extra Admissions
  • 5 Day Park Hopper Plus = 5 Extra Admissions
  • 6 Day Park Hopper Plus = 6 Extra Admissions

  • 8 Day Park Hopper Plus = 8 Extra Admissions
  • 9 Day Park Hopper Plus = 9 Extra Admissions
  • 10 Day Park Hopper Plus = 10 Extra Admissions

Can I use a multi-day base ticket to enter more than one Walt Disney World park per day?
Base tickets, even if purchased for multiple days, can only be used for one park per day. Guests cannot purchase a base ticket, no matter how many days the ticket is valid for, and use it for more than one park per day. If you would like to visit more than one park per day, you will need to purchase a ticket with park hopper option.

Is there an expiration date on the tickets that I am ordering?
Walt Disney World Resort theme park tickets purchased after October 28, 2018 are valid for admission beginning on the selected start date and must be used within the valid use period provided at the time of purchase. Here are the details:

  • 1-day – The ticket expires on the selected start date.
  • 2-day – The ticket expires 4 days after the selected start date.
  • 3-day – The ticket expires 5 days after the selected start date.
  • 4-day – The ticket expires 7 days after the selected start date.
  • 5-day – The ticket expires 8 days after the selected start date.
  • 6-day – The ticket expires 9 days after the selected start date.
  • 7-day – The ticket expires 10 days after the selected start date.

  • 9-day – The ticket expires 13 days after the selected start date.
  • 10-day – The ticket expires 14 days after the selected start date.

These expiration dates also apply to Florida Resident Tickets.

Add one extra day of use if Park Hopper Plus option selected.

For example, a 6-day base ticket with a start date of November 1 is valid any 6 days from November 1 to November 9.

Selection of the Park Hopper Option for same-day admission to more than one theme park is subject to the validity windows listed above.

Selection of the Park Hopper Plus Option to include visits to Disney water parks and other attractions—along with same-day admission to more than one theme park— adds another day to your valid use period. For example, a 6-day Park Hopper Plus Option ticket with a start date of November 1 is valid any 6 days from November 1 to November 10.

If you purchased tickets before October 28, 2018, your theme park tickets may be used on different dates depending on the type of ticket.

What is the best way to dress for a day at the parks? Is there any clothing that isn't permissible?

The parks are a casual, family-oriented environment. We suggest you dress comfortably, wear good walking shoes and check the local weather report before you leave for the parks.
Ensuring that the parks are family friendly is an important part of the Walt Disney World Resort experience. In that spirit, we ask you to use your discretion and common sense.

Are tickets transferable? Can I give them to someone else to use the remaining days?
Please note that all Theme Park Tickets are nontransferable and must be used by the same person on any and all days. The person who uses the ticket for the very first time must use the ticket for its entirety. Any tickets that are transferred are in violation of this restriction and are invalid for admission.

Are there any personal items guests should not bring into the theme parks?
All bags and purses are inspected prior to guests entering the theme parks. Guests are not allowed to bring wagons, skateboards, scooters, in-line skates, shoes with built-in wheels, two-wheeled or three-wheeled conveyances, strollers larger than 36” x 52”, alcoholic beverages, weapons, folding chairs, glass containers (excluding baby food jars and perfume bottles,) suitcases and pets (unless they are service animals.)

How much does it cost to park at Walt Disney World Resort in Orlando?
When driving to Walt Disney World resort and visiting the Magic Kingdom, Epcot, Disney's Hollywood Studios or Animal Kingdom, you can expect to pay the following parking fees:
  • Preferred parking: Car or Motorcycle – $45 per day
  • Standard parking: Car or Motorcycle – $22 per day
  • Oversized Vehicle Parking: Shuttle, Limo, Camper Trailer, RV, Bus or Tractor Trailer - $27 per day

Guests pay the parking fee per day to receive a parking pass good for all of the parks. If you purchased a Park Hopper ticket and plan on driving yourself, save the parking receipt and present it at the other parking lot entrance. With the exception of the Magic Kingdom, all of the parking is outside the main entrance to the theme park. At the Magic Kingdom, the lot is located at the Ticket and Transportation Center. Once you park here, you will need to take either the Monorail or the Ferry to the Magic Kingdom.

Are wheelchairs and strollers available?
Yes. Wheelchair and stroller rentals are available at the entrance to each park on a daily use basis. Wheelchairs are $12 and ECVs are $50 per day. Wheelchairs require a refundable $100 deposit and proof of photo ID. ECVs require a $20 refundable deposit and proof of photo ID.

Also, be sure to watch for special stroller parking areas outside some shows and attractions inside the parks. Some rides and attractions may require a transfer from a wheelchair into an attraction seat, and those rides will be noted on the park maps available at the entrance to each park.

How much does it cost to rent a stroller?
It will cost you $15.00 per day to rent a "single" stroller and $31.00 per day to rent a "double" stroller. If you're going to need a stroller for more than one day you can rent them at the "multi-day" rate of $13.00 per day for a "single" and $27.00 per day for a "double". Strollers require a $100 credit card deposit and proof of photo ID prior to renting.

Are Walt Disney World Resort theme park maps available?
Yes. Maps are available at the respective parks, hotels, and lodging within Walt Disney World Resort. The maps provide an overview of the resort or you can view individual theme parks, water parks, hotels, golf courses, and shopping, dining, and entertainment areas.

Is there an additional charge for shows and attractions inside the park?
As a general rule, no. All regularly scheduled shows and attractions are included in your Disney World ticket price, although some shows may have limited capacity.

If I purchase the Park Hopper Plus Ticket, where do I exchange my E-Ticket at?
Park Hopper Plus Tickets can be validated at any Disney World Theme Park (Magic Kingdom Epcot, Animal Kingdom, Hollywood Studios) or at any water park or golf course. These include:

Disney's Oak Trail Golf Course
Disney's Fantasia Gardens Mini-Golf Course
Disney's Winter Summerland Mini-Golf Course
ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex

Are coolers permitted at Walt Disney World’s Water Parks (Blizzard Beach & Typhoon Lagoon)?
Coolers are permitted, including those with wheels, although no cooler storage is available.

Why do my Walt Disney World Resort E-Tickets only have one name listed on them?
